The babies are called tadpoles. The tadpoles swim, eat, and grow. Soon they grow legs and their tails disappear.
Now they look like frogs. When they leave the water, they use their long legs to jump.
Red-eyed tree frogs have toes like suction cups. Their special feet help them climb. They hunt for meals of insects in trees and on plants. |
